  • Please join us for the 4th European Symposium on Transition in Rotterdam!The European Symposium on Transition is a biennial conference where researchers and professionals can share their knowledge, learn, and empower each other to further improve transitional care for young people with chronic conditions and/or disabilities. The Conference will be held in Rotterdam, The Netherlands on September 21-22 : Registration will open on 17th of April, 2023. 

    This year, we are focusing on innovations and best practices in somatic healthcare, rehabilitation and mental healthcare. We will also explore the definition of successful transition and have interesting new workshops prepared by experts in the field.
